Hello, my name is Eliana, I have received a classical education and I have run a bookstore for 18 years. For 10 years I have undertaken this holiday home business that is more than a job, it's a real passion for me. In fact, the greatest satisfaction is to create the conditions for my guests to experience "the perfect vacation".
I love to travel and during my travels I have been able to experience firsthand what can be helpful and comfortable to the tourist, who is away from home and often in different countries and continents in customs and traditions from their own. What I do is a real challenge to make the guest feel at home and, judging by the testimonies, a successful one!

DESCRIPTION
The apartment consists of a living/dining room ( approximately 60 mts ), double bedroom, bathroom with shower, cooking area, utility room, balcony with table and chairs.
As the apartment has been set up by the owners as their own residence, it has luxury finishings and parquet floors in every room, is elegantly furnished and includes a number of appliances, such as :
- Air conditioning
- Fast internet connection. ( laptop and printer are available )
- Stand-alone system heating.
THE LIVING ROOM
You can relax watching TV, DVD ( you can find many dvds ), videotape, playing with videogames or simply listening music. Also available a lot of touristics guides and dvds.
THE DINING ROOM
Enjoy the Italian food! Smile we'll be glad to share with you the best recipes of italian cooking, like bucatini all'amatriciana, spaghetti alla carbonara, penne all'arrabbiata, fettuccine alla papalina.
THE BEDROOM
The king size bed has an orthopedic mattress. There are large cupboard, dresser, 2 bedside tables, DVD and digital TV. and more!
The windows are wood/aluminium with double glass and there is a security door.
The heating system is a stand-alone system (methane), with a timer and adjustable temperature regulation.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is well equipped with :
- washing machine
- diswasher
- fridge/freezer
- electrical oven
- microwave oven
Dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans
toaster, electric kettle, mixer, orange squeezer and a kitchen robot.
The apartment has also iron + ironing board, vacuum cleaner, umbrella, etc.
THE BATHROOM
This is a bathroom with large shower and bath towels , included in the rates.
You can find shower soap , toilet paper and hairdryer.

The apartment is located near a quiet green area with excellent bus and metro facilities.
Here you can see the distance from the apartment (green flag) to St.Peter square-Vatican (red flag)
You can get Saint Peter church in Vatican area in 10 minutes by bus or Metro
Distant about 50/150 meters: cafe, vegetables market, bakery, grocer's shop, newspaper kiosk, pharmacy, tobaccos, supermarket, and every other kind of shops.
The apartment is also located at 10 minute walking distance from Battistini Metro Station
Distance time from Battistini Metro Station To:
Saint Peter-Vatican 10 minutes
Villa Borghese 13 minutes
Piazza di Spagna (Spanish steeps, Fountain Trevi, Pantheon, Navona square...) 15 minutes
Termini Station 20 minutes
Colosseum-Forum Romanum (you have to change from red line to blue line in Termini) 30 min.

BIT (Integrated Single Ticket) - Valid 100 minutes from first stamping for buses and only one trip on metro and urban trains. Cost Euro 1,50
ROME 24h (Integrated Daily Ticket) - Valid 24 hours from first validation, for an unlimited number of journeys on buses, metro and urban trains. Cost Euro 7,00
ROME 48h (Integrated Tourist Ticket) - Valid for 48 hours from first validation, for an unlimited number of journeys on buses, metro and urban trains. Cost Euro 12,50
ROME 72h (Integrated Tourist Ticket) - Valid for 72 hours from first validation for an unlimited number of journeys on buses, metro and urban trains. Cost Euro 18,00
CIS (Integrated Weekly Pass) - Valid 7 days, for an unlimited number of journeys on buses, metro and urban trains. Cost Euro 24,00
WHERE TO BUY TICKETS :
Tickets are sold at tobacconists, newsstands, cafés, travel agencies, hotels, vending machines at bus terminals and metro stations and at dealers in railway stations in Rome and Lazio.
How can I come from Fiumicino Airport?
Fiumicino Airport "Leonardo da Vinci" (FCO) is Rome's main airport and it is well-connected to the center during the day by a direct train between Fiumicino and Termini costs € 14,00 and takes approximately 30 minutes. Tickets can be purchased at vending machines, ticket offices and other vendors at both Termini and Fiumicino.
From Termini Station you have to take the Metro A in BATTISTINI direction and stop in BATTISTINI, and it's about 15 minutes of walk to the apartment.
Otherwise, we can ask a NCC ( car with driver ) to wait for you at the airport and bring you directly to the apartment.
In this case, the driver will wait for you outside of the custom's gate with your name on a board.

How can I come from Ciampino Airport?
The Ciampino Airport is located at the south of Rome. It welcomes charter and low-cost airline companies.
There's a bus network from Ciampino Airport that leads you to the TERMINI central station.
From there, you can easily connect the metro network till the BATTISTINI station, and it's about 15 minutes of walk to the apartment.Otherwise, we can ask a NCC car with driver (NCC) to wait for you at the airport and bring you directly to the apartment.
In this case, the driver will wait for you outside of the customs' gate with your name on a board.
